Karen is Relocation Certified, and is an Accredited Seller Representatives® (ASR).  She also completed training as an Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP), to better serve her seller clients in preparing and marketing their homes, and to assist buyer clients in selecting best-value homes.  For the Exton Office, Karen has received the annual Long & Foster “Outstanding Services Award,” “Chairman’s Club Award,” and has been designated “Top Listing Agent” & “Top Producer” for recurring months 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and now into 2012.

A 4^th generation Chester Countian, Karen has created and hosted real estate seminars for the D.A.R. consortium and Chester County Night School, including, “Home Staging 101” and “Insider Tips to Selling Your House.”  She has also been a featured speaker at regional conferences and colleges (most recently, New York University), recognized for her aggressive and targeted marketing methods that benefit both sellers and buyers.  Additionally, Karen is a published writer on real estate issues, and she is a PA Real Estate Board certified instructor, teaching professional development courses for other PA realtors & brokers.
