sales with the company, Karen is now established as
a Realtor of Choice in her native Chester County.
Karen is an Accredited Seller Representative® (ASR) as well as a Relo Certified real estate agent. She also completed training as an Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP), to better serve seller clients in preparing and marketing their homes, and to assist buyer clients in selecting best-value homes.
For the Exton Office, Karen has received the annual Long & Foster “Outstanding Services Award,” “Presidents Club,” and has been designated “Top Selling Agent” and “Top Producer” for recurring months 2006, 2007, 2008.
A 4th generation Chester Countian, Karen has created and hosted real estate seminars for the D.A.R. consortium, including, “Home Staging 101,” “Insider Secrets to Selling Your House,” and “Be Smart, Buy Smart in Real Estate.” Recognized for her aggressive and targeted marketing methods that benefit both sellers and buyers, she has been a featured speaker at regional conferences and colleges, including a spring 2008 real estate workshop at New York University. Additionally, Karen is a Pennsylvania Real Estate Board certified instructor, teaching professional development courses for other Pennsylvania realtors and brokers.
